Rotation will be followed to ensure everyone gets court time. • Organizers may merge, shorten, or adjust rotations, pairings, schedules, or format depending on attendance, court availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Organizers' decisions are final. • Please be ready when your turn is called. Missed turns may be skipped to keep games on schedule. • No refunds for late arrivals, early leave, or unused play time. • No guarantees are made regarding equal playtime or balanced skill matching. 🎾 Conduct & Fair Play • Be respectful and patient, especially with beginner players. Everyone is here to enjoy and improve. • Competitive play is welcome, but sportsmanship always comes first. • Organizers reserve the right to refuse participation for unsafe, aggressive, or unsportsmanlike behavior. • Open play is recreational and social only; official officiating may not be provided. No coaching or professional instruction is being provided. • Players are expected to honestly assess if the session level matches their ability. • Players who repeatedly no-show after confirming may be prioritized lower in future events. 🌿 Safety & Responsibility • Participants play at their own risk. • Players are encouraged to hydrate and rest as needed, especially in hot weather conditions. • In case of extreme weather or unsafe court conditions, organizers may adjust schedules or format. • Participants must comply with venue rules and staff instructions. • Organizers, hosts, and venue staff will not be liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage during the session, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. • Participants are responsible for their own belongings. • Shared balls and equipment must be handled responsibly and returned after use. 📸 Miscellaneous • By joining, participants consent to photos/videos being taken during the session for community and promotional use. • Please help maintain court cleanliness and dispose of trash properly. • Rain or shine, the session will proceed as scheduled. No refunds will be given due to weather, as court fees and other costs are already non-refundable on our end.
