By joining this session, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions stated below. 📅 Session Details 🗓️ Every Monday 🕖 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM 📍 PickleSquad Jelutong (Courts 1–3) 🎾 Outdoor Courts 👶 Beginner Friendly (Don't be shy—just come and play!) ⚠️ Minimum 4 players required. Sessions may be cancelled if fewer than 4 players join. 🏓 Game Format • Rally Scoring to 15 Points • At 14–14 → Serve to Win 💳 Booking & Payment Request Slot → Waitlist Approval → Payment → Upload Receipt → Confirmed Fee: RM24 / Player 📲 TNG 0106687206 (LIM WEI CHEAN) Please ensure payment is made only to the official PickleSquad bank account. Any payment made in error is the sole responsibility of the payer, and PickleSquad reserves the right to reject any request for exceptions or reimbursement. Contact the host before making payment. 📞 Host: LIM – 010-668 7206 ⚠️ Payments made to any personal account (including Touch 'n Go) are invalid and will not be refunded, recognised, or converted into Game Credit. 🏓 Ball Policy Each court will receive 2 pickleballs. ✅ Cracked or damaged balls will be replaced free of charge. ⚠️ If a ball is lost and cannot be retrieved, the 4 players on that court will share the replacement cost. 💰 Replacement Cost: RM9 per ball (shared equally among the 4 players). Belong. ❤️ See you on court! 🏓 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📜 Terms & Conditions 💳 Payment Policy • All game payments must be made only to the official PICKLESQUAD SDN BHD UOB Bank Account stated above. • Payments made to personal accounts, Touch 'n Go (TNG), outdated accounts, third-party accounts, or incorrect accounts will be considered invalid payments. • Invalid payments will NOT be recognised as payment for your booking and will NOT be refunded, converted into Game Credit, transferred, or offset against any future session. • Players are responsible for verifying all payment details before making any transfer. • Once payment has been made, cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are strictly non-refundable. • For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session start time, any approved refund will be issued as Game Credit only. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances. 🌧️ Rain & Attendance Policy During the Session • Light rain or drizzle is considered playable unless announced otherwise by the host. • If the session is ongoing and deemed playable, players who choose not to participate will NOT be eligible for any refund or Game Credit. • If the host suspends or ends the session due to weather, any eligible refund will be issued as Game Credit based on the unused playing time. Before the Session • If it rains before the session starts, the session will proceed as scheduled unless officially cancelled by the host. • Players are advised to wait for the host's announcement before deciding not to attend. • Players who choose not to attend while the session proceeds as scheduled will be considered a No Show and will NOT be eligible for any refund or Game Credit. Refund Calculation • Refunds are calculated on an hourly basis. • More than 50% of an hour played = No refund for that hour. • Less than 50% of an hour played = Game Credit will be issued for that hour. • All weather-related refunds will be issued as Game Credit only. Refund Rounding Policy • All Game Credit refunds are calculated based on the applicable refund policy. • For administrative consistency, all refund amounts will be rounded down to the nearest RM0.50. Examples: • RM7.99 → RM7.50 • RM7.56 → RM7.50 • RM7.50 → RM7.50 • RM7.49 → RM7.00 • This rounding policy applies to all Game Credit refunds and cannot be appealed or adjusted on an individual basis. Example: Session Fee: RM18 (2 Hours) • 7:00PM–8:00PM played → No refund • 8:00PM–9:00PM cancelled → RM9 Game Credit ⚡ Walk-in Policy • Walk-in players are welcome if slots are available. • Payment must be completed and approved by the host before joining the session. ⚖️ General Terms • By joining this session, all players acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. • PickleSquad reserves the right to verify and approve all payments. • PickleSquad reserves the right to reject invalid or unverified payments. • PickleSquad reserves the right to amend, postpone, reschedule, merge, split, or cancel sessions where necessary. • Court allocation, player rotation, and game scheduling may be adjusted at any time to ensure fair play, efficient court usage, and smooth session operations. • Every reasonable effort will be made to provide fair playing opportunities for all participants. However, an equal number of games or playing time for every player cannot be guaranteed due to attendance, late arrivals, early departures, court availability, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. • Players are expected to follow the host's instructions throughout the session. • PickleSquad reserves the right to calculate and issue refunds or Game Credit in accordance with the stated policies. • PickleSquad reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Terms & Conditions in any situation not specifically covered above. • The host's decision shall be final in all matters relating to payment verification, refund calculations, Game Credit issuance, attendance, weather conditions, player rotation, court allocation, session operations, and player safety.
