Matchups, partners, opponents, rotations, and playing time may vary depending on attendance and event circumstances. We cannot guarantee a specific number of games or amount of court time. • Want to be fixed-paired with someone? Just let me know! We can also try to accommodate requests to play against specific players when possible. Please note that these requests may sometimes mean getting pushed back in the rotation and letting others go first. • We do our best to maintain the stated skill-level requirement, but actual player levels may vary since ratings may be self-declared and/or based on organizer assessment. • 28 players is our target for smoother rotations. Rotations and participation may be adjusted when necessary due to late cancellations, no-shows, or other event circumstances. • 🗣️ Friendly trash talk & occasional foul language: Some players — especially our regulars — may use foul language or engage in playful trash talk during games. This is generally part of their competitive banter and is not intended personally or maliciously. Please join with the understanding that this is a casual, social environment where some colorful language may happen. 😅 That said, personal attacks, harassment, discrimination, or genuinely disrespectful behavior are not tolerated. • Registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been confirmed, including if you are unable to attend or are dissatisfied with the player mix, rotations, matchups, or event setup. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your slot to a replacement of the appropriate skill level, subject to organizer approval. • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Please make sure you are physically fit and able to participate safely. WIMBLEDINK and the event organizers are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal belongings that may occur during the event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. • By registering and/or sending payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms above, including consent to have photos and/or videos taken during the event and used on WIMBLEDINK’s social media pages and for event-related promotional purposes. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please wait until you are waitlisted before sending payment. Once all slots are filled, succeeding registrants will be placed on the waitlist. 💸 PAYMENT Jonnah Mae Codilla 📱 GCash: 0927 643 7653 Please send your proof of payment after sending the payment to confirm your slot.
