Cancellations and no-shows: We’re implementing a 24-hour cancellation freeze on Reclub. You may still reach out to the admins for any sudden cancellations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. However, a minimal fee of ₱150 for late cancellations and ₱350 for no-shows will apply. In such cases, an admin will try to find a replacement — either from the waitlist or through a personal pick, for convenience. Non-payment may result in being banned from future events.
