THE PICKLE BLVD. GRAND OPENING Recorded Open Play | Beginner to Novice Welcome to The Pickle BLVD. Grand Opening Recorded Open Play! Please read and follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth, fair, and enjoyable event for everyone. 📌 EVENT GUIDELINES 1. Series of 4 Open Plays The event consists of four (4) separate Open Play sessions: * Friday: Beginner to Novice (4-8PM) * Friday: Intermediate (8PM-12AM) * Saturday: Beginner to Novice (4-8PM) * Saturday: Intermediate (8PM-12AM) 2. One Entry Per Player Only Each player is allowed to register for only one (1) Open Play session throughout the series. Multiple entries are not allowed. 3. Player Level Assessment The organizers will assess each player's skill level to ensure fair and competitive matches. Players must participate in the appropriate category based on the organizers' assessment. 4. Open Play Fee The registration fee is only ₱88 per player. 5. Recorded Open Play and Player Matching * Matches will be recorded as part of the event. * Players will be matched with different players throughout the session to provide varied matchups and opportunities to showcase their skills. * Participants are expected to cooperate with the organizers regarding match assignments and rotations. 6. Scoring Guidelines * All games will be played up to 11 points. * No deuce. The game ends when a player or team reaches 11 points. * Players must follow the official scoring guidelines throughout the event. 7. Awards and Prizes The Top 3 Players in each session will receive medals and vouchers in recognition of their performance. 8. Sportsmanship All participants must demonstrate respect, fairness, and good sportsmanship. Follow the organizers' instructions and respect fellow players throughout the event. 🎾 IMPORTANT REMINDERS * Arrive early to allow time for registration, attendance checking, and event preparations. * Choose your preferred session carefully. Only one entry per player is allowed for the entire series. * Be ready for the organizers' skill-level assessment. * Expect to be matched with different players throughout the session. * Follow the scoring guidelines and cooperate with the event organizers. * Come prepared to play, compete fairly, and enjoy the experience!
