PURPOSE OF THIS SESSION To help elevate and enhance the skills of Miri’s intermediate female pickleball players, preparing everyone to play more competitive games with stronger rallies and smarter point construction in the future. During this session, we will be focusing on: • Proper positioning on court • Better understanding of women’s doubles gameplay • Smarter movement and decision making • Building consistency and confidence during rallies DON'T JUST DRILL BLINDLY Everyone can drill, but understanding the purpose behind each drill is what truly helps improve your game. We will be there to guide you throughout the session so you truly know what you are doing and why.
