About this Session
SQUAD TRAINING
• Led by one of our Level 2 ITF Certified coaches
• Every session focuses on a specific topic or technique, progressing from skill development to application in realistic game situations
• High volume hitting to build muscle memory and conditioning
LEVEL RESTRICTIONS
• Minimum of 3 yrs in training & competitive tennis.
• All unknown players are required to be assessed by one of our coaches before joining this group training.
If you haven't been assessed yet, you may:
• Request a private lesson, or
• Join one of our Monday/Wednesday group lessons, where our coaches can assess your level
PHP 2,000 for 2hrs (all in) - subject to court availability
