"Saiful is truly the best host I’ve ever met! He takes incredible care of everyone, ensuring all players get a fair chance on the court. He went above and beyond by personally explaining the basic rules and tips to two newcomers, making them feel comfortable and included. Polite, kind-hearted, and incredibly well-mannered, Saiful even brought his own high-quality paddles to lend out without any charge—such a thoughtful and generous gesture. Can’t recommend him enough as a host and as a person!"
